Leilani finally got to wear her new tutu for ballet class tonight.
Here's why that was such a big deal: We bought the outfit over a month ago, but she had to "earn" it before she was allowed to wear it.
Everyday that she is well-behaved and doesn't get any time outs, she earns a ticket. She can "buy" a ballet outfit as soon as she has 5 tickets.
Who knew it would take almost TWO MONTHS for her to earn 5 tickets! But she finally did it and tonight she was able to debut her new ballerina attire.
It was worth the wait.
