This summer, I met a really sweet woman named Janet who makes the most adorable little girl outfits. She was working at a swap meet in Las Vegas and it turns out her folks live just a few miles away from us. We talked for hours and are now fast friends. This is the Minnie Mouse outfit she made for Leilani. It's just the cutest thing EVER.
We had to visit Minnie's house of course, but we also went to the Princess Faire.

While we were in line to see Minnie, Daddy cut his finger and park security had to bring a nurse. It didn't need stitches, but we did get a couple of "front of the line" passes. Only because Mike is not nearly the drama queen I am. If I had been cut, I would have fainted and we could have had a park escort for the rest of the day. Oh well. Look how worried poor Leilani was about her daddy.
We also got to see "Aunt Tori" one of Mommy's former students who works in the park.
Then we ran into Mom's friend Alicia from San Francisco who just happened to be in the park that day (and didn't bother calling to tell us she was in town... shame shame!)
These were just some "random Minnies" we met that day who couldn't wait to have their picture taken with Leilani. They were there with their Aunt who made their outfits.
The Flowers Family definitely dressed for the Mickey and Minnie theme.
Even down to the hair bows!
