Mama's Hair Salon

Leilani is going to be the flower girl in her Uncle Mike's wedding next weekend so I have been frantically trying out new hairstyles before the big today.  Today's adventure involved a set of hot rollers.

Leilani actually sits very patiently for having her hair curled.  Of course I make sure that there is an episode of Handy Manny (the current fave) on the TV and she'll give me about 25 minutes to curl and style. 

This is what is looked like right out of the rollers.  I like the curls, but the top of her head looks weird to me.

I had to bribe her to let me take these pictures.  I had to allow her to stay in her pajamas and put on this headband.  It was totally worth it.

Of course she had to sneak in a silly shot or two.

I think this was my favorite one of the day.

By the way, this hairstyle is out.  She just has WAY too much hair to have it all down at once.  Tomorrow we're going to try a half up / half down style.
